R.O.C.F.C is affiliated with Mornington Peninsula Nepean Football League (MPNFL), and is located on the Princes Highway at Officer, 45 kilometres south-east of Melbourne, Victoria. A strong commitment to promoting the MPNFL profile and increasing the popularity of local sport are two of our key goals.

R.O.C is a leading and successful football club which currently fields three teams in the Casey Cardinia Football Netball Division (CCFNL) of the MPNFL. The football club shares the Officer Recreation Reserve with the R.O.C Netball Club, Officer Kangaroos Junior Football Club and Officer Auskick.
